The club will be using the established Bushy Park Time trials as a sociable run session. Club members will be on hand to offer advice and encouragement and the last Saturday of the month will be designated a benchmark session where we will record all members times and a prize given at the end of the year for most improved club runner.
The club has also forged close links with Stragglers Running Club, based in Kingston. Membership of Stragglers is £5.00 per annum and gives the members access to a wide range of extra run training opportunities along with additional discount opportunities including BAF affiliation. All of the clubs listed welcome all standards of runners.
