Training Plan
Our Head Coach Ian Rooke has just completed the annual training plan for all of our athletes. Have a look on the members page (Coaching Yearly Plan). The plan is aimed at those in the club that would like to complete their first sprint and olympic triathlon, or to those that want to improve times for the 2016 season. Coached training sessions are as follows:
Monday: Swimming - Kingfisher Pool, Kingston
Tuesday: Running - Kingsmeadow Track, New Malden
Wednesday: Swimming - Hampton Pool, Hampton Court
Thursday: Turbo, Tiffin Girls School, Kingston
We also have a run session on Saturday morning and cycling session on Sunday. These are not coached sessions.
Blow out the cobwebs in 2016 and get out there to train.
