Kingfisher triathlete’s are proud to host an Intro to front crawl. The session will consist of a 4 week step by step guide on improving front crawl, through a series of Drills, full swimming plus Video analysis at the end of the course.
This is a perfect way of training with likeminded people in a friendly environment where everybody has the same goal, to improve in a fun and sociable way. Kingfisher cater for a wide range of athlete’s, all abilities and ages are welcome.
We train at a variety of different venues each week from Kingfisher pool, Kingsmeadow Running track and Hampton Pool.
The club actively take part in many events, and have a fun social side also. Did I mention CAKE! Yes we have cake every Wednesday evening after the swim session.
